/yolo on|off|status; no argument only reports status. Invalid arguments cannot change state; explicit settings are idempotent and preserve approval tool filters. /approvals remains detailed configuration of the same state. Help separates Harness/plugin commands, marks admin commands, explains scope and no permission/review bypass. Migration documented. 273 tests, typecheck/build pass; changeset review no findings.
