Depends on canonical plugins PR #37: harness/plugins#37

Only updates memory-plugin hash/revision and adds an end-to-end plugin → LocalMemory IPC test. Existing source fallback remains optional.

Validation: normal published-pin materializer, npm run typecheck/build passed; full candidate suite 1214/1214 passed; focused memory suite 15/15 passed. Tests cover invalid write rejection, host context, same-key retry identity, conflicting payload, conversation isolation and provider restart. Independent ReviewService/ReviewWorkers passed with no findings, fingerprint a910471ba710b6f773c926e52f55f2097da9886e0a7e25df0fab3eabd49c3df4. Canonical plugin independently reviewed as well.

No provider migration, Minato deployment or live activation claimed.
