Synchronize the user-facing README already reviewed and merged directly on GitHub (Core #10, Plugins #4, Deployments #2). Avoid reintroducing internal migration instructions and stale publication status on future exports. Documentation only; no deployment layout/moves, runtime or credentials changed. Deployment export README hash updated to the exact reviewed bytes. Relative links/launcher interface checked.
