Native push workflow for the exact pushed revision: current Core main, plugins locked to the checked-out bytes, typecheck, build, full Core suite, Plugins tests; isolated container, no secrets.

Producer for the plugins-auto source-evidence gate (companion overlays PR). Locally verified against Core ea6805f: tsc 0, build 0, Core 1448/1449 (known maintenance-cli timing flake, passes isolated), Plugins 20/20. Independent exact-diff review passed (fingerprint 56462cb1…, 0 findings).
