Small display-only source slice. Adds observed model/reasoning metadata to worker status and native activity; no roles, classifier or 429 fallback.

Exact head: 49a02d2112; base main: 202f2eb2fc. Existing remote branch reconciled before creation; no duplicate push.

Verification: serial plugin suite 16 passed, 0 failed, 1 pre-existing skip. Persistent exact ReviewService/plugin_review assertion passed under normal Severus home, fingerprint 2bc1bfc4fe9ee44e2cd0895ca4bb8d20f1e685e93b4b7b2f79a1f22805f1e5b0. Local evidence: intelligent-dispatcher/delivery-display-plugins-review and delivery-display-plugins-tests.log. Required Forgejo checks and approvals remain gates; local tests are not CI green.

Dependency: none beyond current main. Follow-up Core display PR pins this immutable plugin revision; roles and classifier will remain separate PRs. Source delivery only: no deployment, restart, config changes or live-provider proof.
