Move actual Matrix factory, channel, sync recovery and native delivery source ownership to harness/plugins; supply generic bundled gateway catalog. Existing wire behavior retained; Core common contracts/helpers imported at materialization. Requires matching Core materializer supporting peer imports and pin update. Old pinned cores unaffected.
Validated against matching Core extraction candidate: 66 focused gateway/Matrix tests + 2 materialization/catalog regressions and full554tests/typecheck/build PASS. No live gateway swap or Matrix acceptance claimed. Original drafts preserved; standing operator delivery mandate. Author inspected, no extra independent review/reset fabricated.
