Canonical renderer only; compatible with legacy snapshots. Core companion propagates host-owned stored tags before first activity and pins this revision. No routing or context switching.

Independent ReviewService/ReviewWorkers: passed, fingerprint e43c4e3c8d97d9454873e40c50e39568e6ec3b3b1fd4914ae3d00b3ddf941041, no findings; existing ledger preserved. Core integration full suite: 1195/1195, typecheck and build pass. Actual renderer/channel and persisted restart coverage in companion Core test/hashtag-activity.test.ts.
