Scope

Forward native worker activity through DispatcherRuntime to parent external reply channel. Require exact current running claim/session and parent not stopped. Reuse existing parent routing exclusions for dispatch/subagents. Synthetic empty parent host envelope prevents worker prose/input propagation as authority. Errors best-effort, no prompt/inbox/model turn created.

Verification

4focused dispatcher/runtime tests, full551/551 tests, typecheck/build/diffcheck PASS. Real persisted ExecutionStore test current/stale token, mismatched session, internal target, stopped parent, throwing callback, unchanged source event and zero model/inbox activity. No live Matrix acceptance claim. Three files only, original drafts preserved. No new independent round/reset, author-checked current patch; standing operator delivery mandate. Build/merge not deployment.
