Scope

Opt-in MATRIX_NATIVE_ACTIVITY=true renders native turn/tool states with stable progress references and edits. Bound/coalesce pending updates, persist delivered call states/dedup hashes, mark retained running calls interrupted after restart. Retriable send failures, timer stop cleanup. No dispatcher-parent forwarding yet.

Corrected original draft race: queued later event no longer mutates persisted delivered call state prematurely. Persist dedup only after durable write. Tests fake homeserver stable IDs/concurrency/failure/cancel/restart and actual Harness blocked prompt liveness without extra model call; send retry/persist ordering regression.

Validation

6focused tests + full550/550tests PASS, typecheck/build/diffcheck PASS. Initial new fixture hung due automatic start flush, corrected bounded wait and ordering; final passing. No live Matrix acceptance claim. Best-effort output can lose unsent updates on crash, not general durable outbox. Optional off by default. Prior review budget not reset/extra round not fabricated; author checked code/tests. Standing operator delivery mandate. Merge/build not deployment; preserved all original drafts.
