Delete branch "refactor/external-plugin-sources"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Completes source ownership boundary requested by operator. Plugin PR harness/plugins#2 merged first (ea99cff). Core pins its published source revision d43e53ac278dfd418b1d8071f69c2bdbecc109c7 and SHA256 for all13 adapter files. Build/typecheck/test verify/download then materialize ignored generated imports. Docker copies lock+script. No tracked adapter copies remain; embedded registration methods removed from core services; memory service split from adapter, evaluator enforcement stays core. Test imports/wiring updated.
All485 tests/typecheck/build/diffcheck pass using actual immutable HTTP downloads. Fresh review431d45b0c81662ea558aac0c202baa4d91a161346654ed49108a13ab19a36af5 passed no findings. Build needs network; download/hash failure fails closed. Runtime plugin overlay API unchanged. No rollout performed.
