Persist trusted grant deadlines on generated continuations; inherit minimum across chains and enforce after asynchronous Harness/PI setup. Explicit continuation plans inherit grants independently of assessor. Fresh operator requests remain executable under an expired completion grant. Full394 tests/typecheck/build/diffcheck pass. Review23e68ae34d86f4309232f30181e5c02f9d0fd8afd74500c40c3042fb02bad6ba passed; separate pre-existing P2 nightly-window-after-setup assessed confirmed. No rollout.
