Use PI alternate-screen layout primitives with a fixed bottom editor and scrolling transcript. Add generic product/self-development foundation before configurable SOUL/VOICE, supplied agent key/workspace without inventing persona. Regression tests cover150 output lines in30row viewport and persona fallback.179tests/typecheck passed macOS and LinuxWSL2, secret scan clean. No live model identity-response claim. MCP WIP kept separately. This is layout/identity correction, not full self-development/plugin implementation.
