Local-only /update status/apply skills/cron with integrity checks and explicit unsupported/rollout results. Remote fetching remains unimplemented. Parallel same-name tool progress coalesced; Matrix typing room references and10s renewal; stop cleans counters. Built-in/operator commands bypass unrelated skill discovery. autoHandover defers automatic after-turn compaction; explicit compact and autoHandover=false preserved. Regression failed baseline0rotations then passed1; context9/9, full369/369, typecheck/build/diffcheck passed. Fresh review3181c613a42c8fcea2a2b53ca8e2c191d22d8e44a8f46c660fceb49ef9a7fe87 passed no findings. PI compaction independent, no guarantee of always-visible typing, no deployment performed.
