Integrates 22 locally prepared commits covering memory IPC/shutdown/embedding revalidation, scheduler reload and hard timeout, gateway pending invalidation and overlay preservation, bounded progress/SSE, durable writes, archive pagination, timer bounds, Unicode, approval cancellation, review error handling and evaluator cleanup.

Combined verification: 358/358 tests passed; npm run typecheck; npm run build; git diff --check. Fresh core review passed without findings, fingerprint 54ab874936cf860355faed25d4297a1cae59f8e7bf58e56e95dd5ed6c87dcc70.

Known limits: review capture cancellation remains unresolved; process-group termination is not a sandbox; scheduler timeout covers direct child. Source integration does not activate deployment. Explicit operator request to integrate now supersedes the previously assumed evaluator adoption blocker.
