First manually initiated night improvement: baseline c9cabb7. Confirmed unbounded continuation of embedding batches fixed with shared budget of16 per scanSeconds interval. Eager writes/reindex do not reset budget; failed requests count. Regression with24 entries verifies16 requests and deferred remainder. 311 tests/typecheck/build pass. Review47aed530af49330c7dc4fbeaddea672041d39a0ee5b9091a3e737bedbd09e5b5 passed, existing gateway preparation P2 confirmed. Manual work in current session, NOT proof of Cron controller activation.
