Established conversations automatically receive a five-minute contextual work heartbeat at idle tick; migrates existing sessions. Excludes API run destinations and destinationless sessions. Explicit clear/stop records durable opt-out; custom intervals and paused schedules preserved. Does not claim structured task/run watchdog. 304 tests, typecheck/build pass. Review 0922d5cfabd9dfa8fa5997ed85994c9d6df1b7d5145efa03955637d159bca117: no P0/P1; existing unrelated P2 embedding request budget tracked. Activation requires GitOps rollout; no running deployment claim.
