Add init with configurable identity/workspace/model, exclusive creation of private config/persona files, and doctor for local configuration diagnostics (no provider calls or secrets). Validate CLI options and workspace type. Document additive local usage, self-development from writable checkout, manual build activation and Linux user service. Explicitly disclose line-based console, missing TUI/MCP lifecycle/automatic promotion. Verified macOS typecheck and175 tests; WSL2 npm ci/typecheck/175tests/build/native install/init/doctor/idempotence before final workspace validation fix; regression test for non-directory cwd passes locally. No Hermes/PI replacement or cluster changes.
