Summary

  • One documented entry point for terminal, separately installed WebUI, bundled Matrix and optional direct/sequential dispatcher.
  • Distinguish installation YAML, gateway overrides, credentials, remote authority and feedback vs activation.
  • Copyable safe starter; init emits explicit disabled-dispatch/gateway defaults and instructions without overwriting existing profiles.
  • No prescribed model IDs, context capacities or mandatory reasoning levels.
  • Explain the WebUI ownership/update lifecycle without relaxing Core admission checks.

Related plugin

harness/plugins#54 supplies the optional WebUI. Merge/publish that candidate before claiming its files are available to users.

  • Full Core TypeScript suite before the final test-only upstream rebase: 1585 discovered, 1584 passed, one existing skipped Slack image-download fixture, zero failures, file concurrency 4.

Verification update for exact submitted head 79139d158c2af2b911914292334568b8b47ccd76: after rebasing onto canonical main aff8128, normal typecheck and build passed; entire TypeScript suite at file concurrency 4 passed with 1584 passed, 1 pre-existing skipped real Slack fixture, 0 failed. These are local results, not a fabricated remote CI status. No Core commit-status contexts are currently reported by Forgejo; the plugin compatibility CI is still running.

Re-run normal typecheck/build and full Core suite passed: 1584 pass, 1 existing skipped fixture, 0 fail. Plugins PR #54 merged after successful remote CI run 17.
