Delete branch "fix/fresh-session-and-terminal-exit"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Fresh TUI startup parks historical inputs, outputs, recurring tasks and their dispatcher/subagent owners until explicit selection, without charging replay counters. Ctrl+C interrupts current turn, preserves other queued human inputs; SIGHUP and launcher IPC loss exit cleanly. Parallel teardown avoids review/worker shutdown deadlocks; bounded snapshot attempts and cleanup preserve Home ownership until process exit. Real PTY idle Ctrl+C/HUP/launcher-loss and hanging-provider Ctrl+C probes pass (<0.2s), Home lock reacquired and historical inputs unchanged. Local exact full suite 1578 passed and installed; canonical full suite had one known Wasm 500ms scheduling timeout and is being re-run without skipping/changing gates. Do not merge until exact canonical full passes.
Canonical exact candidate full suite now passes unchanged: 1582 passed, 0 failed, 1 existing optional skip. The initial full run hit a known Wasm fixture 500ms startup timeout; complete retry with normal lower CPU concurrency passed, no skipped/failing gate was removed. Local UI integration full 1578 passed; typecheck/build pass. Real PTY probes: fresh startup preserves two historical inputs/counters without executing either; Ctrl+C/HUP/launcher loss exit in <0.2s and Home lock reacquires; Ctrl+C while synthetic HTTP model stream hangs cancels current input, preserves a second queued human input. Snapshot failures get bounded retries and nonzero exit; nested ownership resolves transitively; session switching denied while owned workers are active. Local tested build already selected; no forced kill of user work, no SQLite in Core. Independent review findings addressed and covered by targeted/race/PTY tests.
