Integration slice 1 (step 3 pin): dispatcher activity anchor fix (Core PR #266 content, reviewed) plus plugins pin to merged plugins 7b41019 (plugins PR #49, b34c126 merged).

fix(dispatcher): correlate routed activity with the originating input anchor 11ec9a7b5d

Classifier and worker activity is routed to the parent channel with a
synthetic envelope that carried no origin. Add only the originating input's
completion-anchor id (no prose, no tags) so channels can render all internal
runs of one input in one progress message (harness/plugins#49).
