Tasks capture the unfinished unscoped legacy executions that already exist at creation; those cannot be the new task's children and no longer fence it. Existing retained tasks get independent step admission without claiming, cancelling or replaying legacy workers. Older tasks of unclear origin stay blocked; later unscoped children still block.
