Separate /stop crash-safety slice: persist cleared inbox/continuation revocation and child authority before abort. Retain interrupted stop in existing session snapshot for startup reconciliation, fence pending claims and late results, disclose unchanged recurring sources. No /new or /restart semantic changes; independent of notice PR #249 (nonoverlapping hunks). Offline causal regressions, typecheck/build, full serial suite 1405/1405; exact persistent plugin_review passed (955cfda01db17264b760b597d9ef794be5f2c72add4ecb615bdbd119a817ba36). Source only; no deployment, live cancellation, image or GitOps actions. Evidence: /home/node/development-evidence/session-reset-worker-lifecycle/STOP-DURABILITY-RESULT.md.
