Test adapter only: serialize snapshot writes, atomically rename, await pending writes before JSON restore. Fixes observed Unexpected end of JSON when background saveSoon overlaps writeFile. Production src unchanged, all assertions retained. Independent review f779: no P0/P1; 8/8 tests passed five consecutive reviewer runs. No skips or failure waivers. Core has no PR workflow/required status contexts; central image pipeline remains authoritative for image build. Does not republish v0.1.169 or activate any runtime.
