Scope

Capture the trusted original reply address with the immutable task anchor. Route late host results, classifier/worker activity and dispatcher attention to that address rather than later parent focus; legacy records use configured home. Keep host result A and operator topic B separate without promoting result data to authority. Retain stable full task IDs and context.

Base c9fa789238; head 6132444fa5. Full serial tests 1337/1337; focused 37/37; typecheck/build/diff-check pass. Required bundled plugin_review executed via factory bound to this exact worktree and normal persistent home; current committed changeset asserted allowed. No findings.
