Scope

Implements the corrected operator request “Mehr ist doch gar nicht nötig”: only durable hashtag → runtime session/message references. /hashtags lists tags; /hashtags #slug retrieves a dated excerpt, exact session ID and existing /resume command. No /topic, routing, focus/task binding, workflows or generated summaries.

Implementation and boundaries

Conversation-scoped references in existing durable Harness state; native and external SessionProvider history reads without session activation. Conservative documented parser, real retained user-entry IDs, no content duplication/backfill. Missing references are explicit. See docs/hashtags.md.

Old cancelled worker and dirty core worktree preserved untouched. Not deployed. Regular integration/GitOps only; no direct main update or GitHub merge authorized.
