Scope

Integrates the operator-provided Hayate Agent image into README and documents the canonical GitHub core/plugins/deployments URLs. Updates associated installation/development links and naming assertions. Naming itself was already delivered by #199. No remote changes, public GitHub publication, runtime changes or deployment.

Verification

• Full suite: 1149 tests passed; typecheck and build passed.
• Exact scoped independent review passed with no findings: 3542cffee754b2c149b4b927d32dd1395fe8671a93cd6616687941f38429d750.
• Image SHA-256: 58a3df23d85b610e6e30b3e17e33fbd13984f148a94786d5756b7031a732f577; metadata removed, visual unchanged.
• README uses relative docs/assets/hayate-agent.jpg.

No runtime restart or manual image/promotion dispatch needed.
