Validation: focused tests 6/6, typecheck, build and diff-check passed. Full suite 1022/1023: different MCP no-duplicate-reload failure (actual PID vs 0), not claimed green. Independent exact-tree review passed with no findings; commit/push/publication authorization asserted. Await the regular image pipeline; no manual build or rerun.

Minimal diagnostic follow-up to #173. Only the existing CLI test fixture appends --test-reporter=tap to inherited NODE_OPTIONS; existing options and assertions remain intact. Node 24 spec hides signal/exitCode for terminated test children; TAP retains them. This does NOT establish the cause of image run 7569.
