One independent skill fix. Separate filesize rejection from unsafepaths; oversize valid skill skipped without blockingturn. Bounded model-visible numeric diagnostic actualbytes/8192limit, explicit boundedread or shortSKILL.md+references suggestion, no skillcontents/pathnames injected. True symlink/path checks stay strict; disabled autoload unchanged. No capraise or automatic skillrewrite.
