Host recognizes bounded explicit German/English reset imperatives only from genuine authenticated admin channel ingress. Durable task/state/actor/message-scoped grant before atomic reset-resume; deferred idle execution, restart/dedup/outbox receipt and current admin revalidation. No model reset tool, quoted/tool text authority, deadline extension or review budget reset. No live task reset performed.

86 focused tests incl real accept/queue/receipt/grant races, build passed. Fullsuite incomplete180s no fullPASS. Installed formal ReviewService exact cwd existinghome/history passed findings[] fingerprint f145397adb3fa8fbc2b11595846f965ddccfe4289b33c6e80d784654385a6dbf exactassertAllowed.
