Fresh independent exact review fe9918a2: no P0/P1. Evidence document SHA256 5ae57fd283aff9ad981b76e6f190ca1cf79fec2fe17e9a377e89911e3b4b68e0. Reverified all 345 files and 45 plugin digests; production plugin lock remains 1600a618e6284c3274ceb95f5d92ba28cd08b8aa.
Tests: improvement 17/17, nightly 25/25, renderer 14/14; typecheck/build PASS. Full candidate 872/875 vs baseline 869/872, same three failures: NOT PASS. No Core Actions runs/status checks exist for this head; main protection reports zero required approvals and status checking disabled. No protection changed; no CI PASS claimed. plugin_review status belongs to unrelated dirty Core, not candidate approval; unchanged.
Normal existing PR delivery only, no force push/rebase. Renderer 0.1.103 already active; this delivers only default-true integration. Explicit false, budgets/night state, history, API configuration and review opt-in remain untouched. PR153 is proposal only and must remain open.
