Delete branch "test/maintenance-cli-lifecycle"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Scope
Test-only acceptance gap closure. Real CLI subprocesses connect to the real local maintenance plugin in a separate Harness owner process; only the model runtime is a deterministic FakeRuntime.
Covers initial status, admission while paused, durable pending intent across orderly owner restart, idempotent original-request retry, idle execution once, applied receipt across a second restart and no repeated compaction. Checks one opened runtime session and endpoint cleanup. No production endpoint activation/configuration or other-agent changes.
Verification
Limits
Orderly restart, not crash/exactly-once effect proof. Real owner + real CLI, deterministic runtime; no real provider/tmux/transcript/remote access claim. Builds do not activate deployment.
