Delete branch "test/semantic-correction-boundary"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Test-only follow-up to PR126. Exercises production assessCompletion and pinned plugin prompt serialization with deterministic backend: fresh explicit correction retains own task/anchor while completed or stopped history remains terminal; bounded restart-persistent excerpts and task summaries do not mutate original mandates; question alone does not revive terminal work. Not a claim that semantic LLM classification is infallible. Normal npm test675/675/typecheck/build PASS. Existing review status only rounds3/blockers0 per operator, no extra round/reset. No product or deployment changes.
