Attribute final responses only to completion events from the current invocation, never historical assistant text. Preserve cancellation through generation, idle and checkpoint cleanup; suppress final prose for cancelled turns. Reject unsupported /reload explicitly while preserving registered commands and documented slash-word passthrough. Six-path regression fix, history preserved. Exact original baseline reproduces 11 failing assertions; candidate focused tests 116/116, default Linux tests 648/648, typecheck and build pass. Independent acceptance in progress. No credentials or deployment changes.
