Automated local stdio discovery/tool execution/off/empty-tools/child shutdown while parent alive.196 macOS tests/typecheck/build pass; Linux195 before final stuck-disposal regression; secret scan clean. Initial P2 unbounded shutdown fixed and regression added; re-review PASS. Docs explicitly identify PI-backed implementation and no authenticated HTTP/OAuth acceptance claim.
