Implement registerTool with runtime-neutral JSON Schema/text result/sessionKey/cancellation signal through normal PI extension pipeline and existing selection/approval hooks. Add registerPanel bounded plain text status renderers. Provide local command context.ui prompt(masked optional), select, confirm(default No), notify and custom keyboard-driven widget dialogs. Host owns dialog focus/cancel/editor restoration; remote/headless contexts receive no UI. Built-in guide and packaged plugin docs updated with examples and truthful limits.193tests/typecheck pass macOS and LinuxWSL2; build pass; secret scan clean; explicit review_changes PASS. Real SDK test covers tool registration/direct execution/selection; no live model-driven external provider call claimed. Includes previously unfinished tool/panel work plus interactive UI implementation.
