Extend plugin API v1 with registerChannel transport contract and host-owned routing metadata/session+message-ID namespaces. Reserved trusted/existing channel names cannot be replaced. Existing Harness acceptance/outbox/progress/lifecycle; no parallel model loop. Empty remote admin lists fail closed when plugin channels enabled; cleanup attempts on channel startup failure. Docs describe lifecycle, upstream sender/ID responsibilities and trust limits.188 macOS tests/typecheck/build passed; Linux187 before final invalid-name regression; secret scan clean. Initial review P2 nonstring-name validation fixed for both channel/command registrations and added regression; re-review PASS.
