Pin direct npm dependencies, update TypeScript and Node types, and use Node 24.22.1 LTS image pinned by digest. Move operational details out of README into configuration/operations docs. Verified typecheck and 171 tests on macOS and WSL2, native CLI installation on WSL2, Linux container build/CLI, npm audit (0 findings), Compose and Kustomize rendering, and secret scan. No cluster rollout.
