Only Demo worker digest, source pin (unchanged chart), and client_connect_ip derived from the existing demo-im host alias10.60.4.33. Worker image manifest/config revision verified at6b2b5f18. Frontend/backend, credentials, other configuration and Normal unchanged. Full Helm comparison: only worker Deployment image and existing-instance env changed. Reuses independent source approval140+19 tests; no new leader technical review. Existing operations/releases retained; business acceptance still pending.
