Current delivery on HEX-73; Adrian is implementation author, Samuel is mechanical integrator/publisher.

Actual tests/test-workload-tenant-boundary.py: 15 tests PASS using task-local Helm v3.17.3 and Python3.13 venv. Not full make check; no rollout.

Only the declared release-tag/namespace delta. Existing data, active trust configuration and unrelated deployments are preserved. Dedicated PR, no protection or credential changes. Publication is not rollout or business acceptance.
