Smallest operator configuration for HEX-73. Uses the already merged and independently accepted Envoy/XRoad chart bytes at ec2ea67503. Changes only the selected demo-im routing Application revision/routes and existing xroad-ss workload revision plus the conjunctive envoy-system/name peer on admin TCP4000. Existing bootstrap route and all unrelated applications, values, policies and secrets preserved. Real Helm renders and parsed consumer checks passed in HEX-676; they are operator self-checks, not a leader technical review or live acceptance. No manual workflow/token import, new platform, image publication, credential issuance or rollout in this PR. Existing nonauthor integration owner should merge this exact pinned head under existing gates.
