Operator-facing Chapter 5 with its lab, graphics and rendered release (PDF, DOCX, HTML).

• One installation sequence from discovered environment inputs. Section 1 is a numbered seven-step preparation with short commented commands, expected results and the configuration values they produce.
• Address plan aligned with the 10.42.0.0/24 network created by govstack-bootstrap; fixed addresses outside DHCP, non-overlapping Spoke pools.
• Management Argo CD delivers Management software and Spoke platform foundations; local Argo CD in each Spoke delivers applications.
• Worker acceptance checks the named workers MachineDeployment; aggregate Spoke counts include the VPN gateway.

Checks at 48e73445e2: 41 lab tests, 34 source-excerpt checks, chapter command syntax and lab variable checks, package checks; 22-page PDF rendered and inspected. No live cloud installation was run. At the pinned govstack-bootstrap revision 1195f539afe5a1018be07d2e1865824c225ee407, separate Spoke credential preparation and complete Spoke retirement remain blocked; both are documented in the chapter and lab.

Chapter 5: present installation preparation as seven commanded steps ... 48e73445e2

Number the preparation sequence, show each discovery and preflight command
with its purpose and expected result, and align the address plan with the
10.42.0.0/24 network that the installation creates.
