Adds metadata.provider: VanillaCore to all 14 skills and enforces it in the package validator.

Validation on the exact head commit: package validation, learning-path tests, both operator-kit offline suites, and all 73 unit tests passed. Executed with Bash 5 and a non-symlink temporary directory.

No repository CI workflow is configured. Check statuses record these real local verification results, not a hosted CI run. Scope: 15 files, 16 insertions; no other changes.
