OpenStack usage toolkit 0.5.0

Five independently installable skills: environment, compute, networking, storage and troubleshooting. A standalone tenant CLI implements 27 fixed actions with project/region checks, saved digest-bound approval plans, expiry/work-root/precondition binding, controller ownership conflict gates, durable created IDs, bounded postconditions and partial-failure evidence.

The existing skill of skills now routes ordinary English/German operational tasks, preserves case/IDs/learning intent and queues cross-domain continuations. The Chapter 3 baseline remains unchanged. Two Chapter 4 documentation invocation bugs are repaired with fresh-shell regression tests.

Verification

  • Package: 14 skills, 4 chapter contracts, 2 manifests.
  • Existing learning contracts and both original operator kits pass.
  • 73 tests pass, including 39 runtime/operation tests, 26 routing tests, 6 independent package tests and 2 Chapter 4 invocation regressions.
  • All 27 emitted action command prefixes/options checked against real OpenStackClient 8.2.0 help, no API calls.
  • Independent coordinator, execution/security and packaging/documentation review with bounded must-fix repairs. Targeted independent recheck passed with no remaining must-fixes.
  • Final kit checksums and runtime/API source commit pins preserved.

Correction to prior verification verdict: a delayed review report exposed one previously missed must-fix at current head aa7fb21961. An explicit domain=compute reorders the multi-domain creation queue before prerequisite networking. The last targeted recheck did not include this finding. Prior no-remaining-must-fixes acceptance is withdrawn for the coordinator until the regression and bounded repair are independently verified. Runtime/kit test evidence is unchanged; no live operations were performed. A minimal fix is in progress on this same branch. Automated update by VanillaCore Knowledge / Hermes Agent.

The explicit-domain case now retains networking -> storage -> compute. New regression covers compute/storage/networking overrides. RED failure confirmed before repair; all 26 routing tests passed afterward. Independent scoped reviewer passed with no security/logic findings and checked 30 additional explicit-domain combinations.
