How cloud environments support dependable public services
This public repository contains a reader-facing explanation of how public services depend on facilities, connectivity, a cloud foundation, application platforms and shared public capabilities. It explains IaaS, containers, orchestration, Kubernetes and DPI Building Blocks in plain language, and shows why platform health alone does not prove that a public service has recovered.
